Thank you for your interest in becoming a Home Manager.  We have created an outstanding Team of Professional Home Managers that stage and show residential properties on the market for sale.  Our Team enjoys the benefits of living in outstanding properties at a cost substantially less than they would pay to live in similar homes.

Our Home Managers live in properties that have been vacated while still on the market for sale.  (This is usually because the home owner has moved out of the area.)  Home Managers are expected to maintain the home in excellent condition and make it available for showings by real estate agents during normal hours.  If and when the home goes under contract, the Home Manager will be notified and required to move to another property within several weeks.  It is not uncommon for a Home Manager to remain in any particular property for 3 months or more, however the time frame may also be much shorter.  Home Managers are regularly placed in other homes in our program.  In some situations, Home Managers have remained in the program for well over 12 months.

Our Home Managers are committed to the highest level of service and support.  We select Home Managers for our program that meet standards that make them among the most outstanding in the industry.  If you are selected to be a member of the program, you will be asked to provide pictures of your furniture.  We have a very comprehensive list of Home Manager's Responsibilities that will be discussed with you during an interview process if you are selected.

Please note: Our program is not a "Rental" program.  Our Home Managers are professionals engaged by our firm to provide the services discussed above.  In return for their services our home managers enjoy living in homes at a reduced cost.
